IRVINE, Calif. – The Big West Conference announced senior center Elyse Lemay-Lavoie as the Big West Women's Water Polo Player of the Week, following her performance against USC and CSUN this past weekend.
 
This is the second nomination for the Canada native this year. During these last weekend's matches, she totaled five goals. She started the weekend with two goals against the No. 3 Trojans and finished her weekend with a hattrick in the first half against conference opponent CSUN.
 
The University of Hawai'i women's water polo team hosts UC Santa Barbara for their third conference match at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex on Friday at 6:00 pm HT.
