IRVINE, CALIF.- The Big West Conference has named senior center Elyse Lemay-Lavoie as their Big West Women's Water Polo Player of the week, following an impressive performance at the Triton Invitational held last weekend.
 
The  Canadian native, was a key player during the third-place match against No. 5 Michigan where she scored a hat-trick of goals. Lemay-Lavoie totaled 10 goals, two assists, and two steals over the span of the tournament.
 
The University of Hawai'i women's water polo team will be returning to competition at the Barbara Kalbus invitational running from Feb.25 to Feb. 27. Matchups and times TBD.
