LOS ANGELES, CALIF.—The University of Hawai'i diving team put an end to the USC diving invitational on Saturday with the platform event at the Uytengsu Aquatic Center.
Two freshmen stepped up on the final day of competition showing the young roster is filled with talented up-and-comers. On the women's side, freshman
Elma Lund tallied a final score of 230.80, finishing at No. 2 overall for her highest finish to date in her young career.

Zach Lundgren picking up a score of 237.40 for the No. 3 slot in the event for the men.
The UH divers will join up with the swimming team in the coming days as both the men's and women's teams aim to recapture MPSF Championships this week. The conference championships will begin on Tuesday, Feb. 16, and go until Saturday, Feb. 20, this year's event will take place in San Luis Obispo, California.
