Below is important ticketing information for University of Hawai'i men's and women's basketball games at the SimpliFi Arena at Stan Sheriff Center.
 

• Basketball season ticket holders will be sent a letter via email and mail on Thursday to purchase their seats for the remaining 2021-22 home schedule.  Deadline to respond is Friday, December 10.  
• For season ticket holders who did not receive the email, please log on to your ticket account or call the ticket office at (808) 956-4482 for assistance.
• Single-game tickets and packages for the Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic will go on sale on Monday, December 13.
• Single-game tickets may be purchased at www.etickethawaii.com or at the SimpliFi Arena at Stan Sheriff Center box office on Dec. 13 beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The December home slate will be UH's first athletic events to welcome both vaccinated fans and unvaccinated fans—including children—with a valid test. Food and beverage also will now be served at the arena.

Either vaccination card and/or negative test must be uploaded to the LumiSight UH app. (Note: It may take up to 24 hours for upload to be approved) The LumiSight UH app is available for free on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. It is also available on the LumiSight UH website for those without access to a suitable mobile device, or those who prefer not to download the mobile app.
