Game Notes-

• UH notched their first two Big West wins of the season by knocking off UC Riverside (80-57) and Cal State Fullerton (79-72). Senior guard Julissa Tago led the resurgence of an offensive attack with 21 points against the Highlanders, while fellow senior guard Courtney Middap dropped a career-high 24 points on the Titans.

• One significant change from UH in the back-to-back wins was the fast-paced scoring attack. On the season, the Rainbow Wahine average 60.2 points per game. In the wins, UH averaged 79.5 points per game. UH is 7-1 when scoring over 60 points and 4-0 when scoring 70 points or more.

• Entering conference play, UH tallied 10 games of double-digit turnovers, finishing with a 6-7 record. Since the turn of the calendar into the Big West season, UH has accumulated just one game of double-digit turnovers leading to a 2-2 record.

• As the 'Bows go on the road, they have their return matchup at UC Riverside after playing them just a little over a week ago at home. In the all-time series, UH has not swept the Highlanders in the regular season since 2015. From 2013 to 2015, UH won six straight games.

REWRITING THE HISTORY BOOK WITH THE THREE-BALL
The Rainbow Wahine shattered the record for most three-pointers made in one game with 18 while breaking the team record for most three's in a game at the Stan Sheriff Center on Jan. 18 against Cal State Fullerton. The Titans joined UH in combining for 23 made three-pointers breaking the single-game record in UH history and at the Stan Sheriff.

RECOGNITION FOR TAGO
For the first time in the 20190-2020 season, senior guard Julissa Tago was selected as the Big West Conference Player of the Week on Jan. 20. She averaged 15.5 points over the two games, including 3.5 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game. Tago marks the first UH player to be named player of the week in over a year when guard Tia Kanoa was selected for the award on Jan. 14, 2019.

HERE TO STAY
As announced on Jan. 17, the University of Hawai'i Athletics Department and head coach Laura Beeman agreed on a contract extension through the 2023-2024 season. Beeman's most recent contract was set to expire in the summer of 2021. She has been at the helm of the Rainbow Wahine program since 2012, accumulating a record of 125-110 in seven-plus seasons, including one NCAA tournament appearance (2016) and four Women's National Invitation Tournament appearances (2013-15, 2018).
