- Lopez and Heen earned all-Big West first and second team honors respectively, while Heen was the only Rainbow Wahine last season to be selected to the NFCA All-West Region second team
- Hitchcock will become the longest tenured softball player in UH history this week as she was granted a medical redshirt last season after suffering a season-ending injury after just 10 appearances. She enters the 2019 season with a career record of 55-38 and a 2.10 ERA in 609.1 innings pitched.
- Lopez has started UH's last 156 games at third base and enters her senior campaign with a career batting average of .308 (154-for-500) with 71 runs scored, 26 doubles, two triples and 25 home runs
- Heen will shift over to play first base/catcher this season after spending her first two seasons as a catcher/designated player. Heen led UH last year hitting .333 (45-for-135) with a team-high 24 walks, 14 home runs, 37 RBI, and a .704 slugging percentage.
- UT Arlington is coached by UH alumna, Peejay Brun who played for the 'Bows from 1990-92, '94.
