Promotions: California Hotel & Casino is the sponsor for "Senior Night" and will award a Vacations Hawaii Trip for two to Las Vegas during the halftime promotional contest (register at Gate 3). A UH student will compete in the "California Hotel & Casino Quarter Back Challenge" for the chance to win a Apple Airpods during the first timeout of the fourth quarter.  Fans are encouraged to visit the Xtreme Fun Zone before the game in the parking lot across from the stadium ticket office. Game Notes:

• A total of 18 seniors will participate in the traditional "Senior Walk" ceremony at the conclusion of the game. 
• UH dropped its home finale last year, snapping a streak of five straight Senior Night wins. Since 1979, the start of the "Senior Walk" tradition, UH owns an 18-20-1 mark on Senior Night games.
• The teams will play for the Island Showdown Trophy, which debuted last season and is currently possessed by UNLV after a 31-23 victory in Las Vegas. A win by UH would give them possession of all three of its rivalry trophies — Paniolo Trophy (vs. Wyoming) and Kuter Trophy (vs. Air Force).
• UH and UNLV have met 11 times in the last 12 years, six times in Mountain West play and five times as non-conference foes. UNLV holds a 6-5 edge in those games. UH leads the overall series 15-12, including a 10-3 advantage in games played in Honolulu.
• Four of the last five meetings have been decided by 8 points or less, including three wins by the Rebels. UNLV has won the last three meetings, tied for its longest win streak in the series.
• UH head coach Nick Rolovich is 0-2 versus UNLV. As Nevada's offensive coordinator from 2012-15, the Rolovich's Wolf Pack were 2-2 against the Rebels.
• Hawai'i (6-5, 3-3 MW) was idle last week after suffering its fourth consecutive loss, a 56-17 setback to Utah State, Nov. 3 in Honolulu. 
• UNLV (3-7, 1-5) snapped a six-game losing streak with a 27-24 victory over San Diego State in San Diego, Calif. The win was also the Rebels' first in Mountain West play this season.
• A win on Saturday would give Hawai'i its seventh win and bowl eligibility. UH last appeared in the 2016 Hawai'i Bowl. A win would also secure a winning regular season for the first time since 2010 and would guarantee a non-losing MW record for the second time in three years (4-4 in 2016).
• A loss on Saturday would be UH's fifth straight, tying the sixth-longest in program history.
• UH has averaged only 19.8 points and 350.0 yards of total offense in its last five games after starting the season averaging 42.0 points and 495.8 yards of total offense in its first six contests.
• In each of its five losses, the Warriors have failed to score more than 23 points, while UH has reached 40 points in five of its six wins.
