HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i women's basketball team will face a top-10 opponent for the second consecutive game when it tips off against No. 9/10 UCLA on Dec. 4 at 12:00 p.m. (HT) in Los Angeles' Pauley Pavilion.

The Rainbow Wahine, coming off a loss to No. 7 Mississippi State, are 2-5 entering the contest while UCLA enters the game with a 5-1 record and an unblemished 3-0 mark at home.

Sunday's game will be a re-match of the 2016 NCAA Tournament first-round game between the Bruins and Rainbow Wahine, when UCLA advanced with a 66-50 victory. Hawai'i is 1-7 all-time against UCLA, with its lone win, a 70-66 victory, coming in November of 2002.

Sarah Toeaina, who each average 11.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game. Sunday's game will be the third this season against a Pac-12 opponent for Hawai'i. The 'Bows lost 76-44 in their season-opener at USC and fell 86-49 to Oregon on Nov. 26.

Monique Billings leads UCLA with 18.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game and is shooting 52.8 percent from the field on the season. Jordin Canada also averages 18.0 points per game for the Bruins and adds 6.5 rebounds and 7.3 assists. Kennedy Burke adds 12.8 points per game for UCLA and shoots a team-best 39.1 percent from 3-point range, while Kari Korver has hit a team-high 13 3-pointers this season.

After facing UCLA, the 'Bows will return home to host Hawai'i Pacific on Dec. 11 at the Stan Sheriff Center.
