Following another Brazil goal, sophomore
Chloe Barr hurtled in a goal to inch UH back 2-3. Brazil fired one right back after a Rainbow Wahine exclusion, but
Emily Carr scored one more for UH before halftime, 3-5.
The Rainbow Wahine were shut out in the third, as Brazil gained a 2-0 advantage to extend their lead, 7-3. Following another three straight goals by Brazil, Mantellato Dias hammered one in with just seven seconds remaining.
UH will host another set of matches, March 27-29 at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatics Complex, kicking off the weekend against UCLA on Friday night.
