VIDEO: Pre-Game Interviews HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i Rainbow Warrior football team closes out its home schedule with a Mountain West match-up against UNLV, Saturday, Nov. 22. Kick-off for the Senior Night game is 6:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Airlines Field at Aloha Stadium.
The senior class will be honored during a pre-game ceremony while the 22 seniors will partake in the traditional "Senior Walk" following the game.
The Rainbow Warriors (3-8, 2-4 MW) enter the contest coming off a 13-0 victory at San Jose State, which halted the nation's longest road losing streak at 17 games. UH also posted its first shutout since 2005, taking advantage of numerous Spartan miscues which included three turnovers and three missed field goals (two blocks).
Remarkably, UH is still alive in the chase for the MW's West Division title. The Warriors are one game behind leaders Nevada, San Diego State, and Fresno State, all of whom sport 3-3 league marks.
The Rebels (2-9, 1-5) dropped their fourth consecutive game with a 42-23 loss at BYU last Saturday. UNLV is 0-6 on the road this season, allowing an average of 41.3 points per game.
