Cross Country Caps 2014 Season

Final Results

STANFORD, Calif. – The University of Hawai'i women's cross country team concluded the 2014 season by participating in the NCAA West Regional Championships, Friday at the Stanford Golf Course.
 
The Rainbow Wahine were led by freshman Montana Martinez who finished 175th overall in a time of 23:14.7. The Harbor City, Calif., native completed her rookie season by leading the team in all eight races.
 
Senior Tiare Nakashima completed the 6k race in 24:20.7 for 215th place followed by freshman Alexa Foster (24:56.3/225th) and senior Hayley Musashi (27:31.3/230th).
 
Arizona State's Shelby Houlihan captured the individual title in 19:31.6 while Oregon took the team title scoring 88 points.
