Bryan Clay Invitational Results
WALNUT, Calif. – The University of Hawai'i women's track and field team competed in three meets throughout southern California, Friday, with most of the field athletes competing in the 54
th annual Mt. SAC Relays at Hilmar Lodge Stadium.
The track athletes participated in the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, Calif., while several others competed in the first day of the Beach Invitational in Norwalk, Calif.
Senior
TeRina Keenan set a new personal best in the shot put with a throw of 50-2.75 (15.31m), which ranks No. 2 all-time in school history. The Auckland, New Zealand native also competed in the discus and threw 171-11 (52.41m).
At the Bryan Clay Invitational,
Samantha Esperanza and
Zhane Santiago each posted all-time Top 10 marks in the 100-meter hurdles with times of 14.83 and 14.85, respectively.
Ashley Satterwhite set a pair of personal-bests in the 100- and 200-meter dash. In the 100, the Honolulu native sprinted 12.12 seconds, which ranks No. 6 all-time, while her mark of 24.85 seconds ranks seventh all-time.
The Rainbow Wahine wrap up their road trip with the Beach Invitational Saturday in Norwalk, Calif.
