Game Notes  |  Watch Video

HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i Warrior football team will conclude the 2012 season by hosting South Alabama, in a non-conference game, Saturday, Dec. 1. Kick-off is 6:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Airlines Field at Aloha Stadium. It is the first meeting between the schools.

Prior to the game, 15 Warriors will be introduced to the crowd one final time and will partake in the traditional “Senior Walk” following the game.

The Warriors (2-9) are coming off an impressive 48-10 rout of UNLV last Saturday, snapping an eight-game losing streak and earning their first Mountain West victory. UH held a 31-0 halftime lead and scored in all three phases, including safety John Hardy-Tuliau's 38-yard pick-six in the second quarter, which earned the junior MW defensive player of the week honors.

The Jaguars (2-10) completed their first season in the Sun Belt Conference with a 1-7 mark. The 2012 season also marks USA's final year in the transition phase to full FBS status. Head coach Joey Jones has led the Jaguars to a 25-15 record through the team's first four seasons of competition.
