KANE`OHE, O`ahu – The University of Hawai'i women's cross country team placed seventh at the Western Athletic Conference Championships Saturday at the Kane'ohe Klipper golf course Saturday morning.
UH's top finisher was junior
Ashlee Jimenez, who completed the 5K course in 20:14.5 to finish 39th overall. Idaho captured the team title with four Top 10 finishers and 38 points while New Mexico State's Courtney Schultz earned top individual honors for the third straight year. New Mexico State finished second (53) followed by Utah State (60), Fresno State (96), Nevada (106), San Jose State (148), UH (203) and Louisiana Tech (260).

Utah State captured the men's title with the Aggies' Brian McKenna winning individual honors on the 8K men's course.
