SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – The University of Hawai'i coed sailing team concluded its fall schedule with a third place finish at the PCCSC Fall Championship. Host UC Santa Barbara captured the regatta with a low of 132 points.

A total of 39 races, 13 each in the A, B and C divisions, were completed over the two-day event. UH finished with a total of 186 points, 22 points behind second-place USC. Zachary Hester and Hanne Nagatani placed fifth in A division with 90 points, William Petersen and Tahnee Allman placed fourth in B division with 50 points, and Craig Schifferns placed third in C division with 46 points.

Hawai'i will open the spring season by hosting the Peter Wenner Rainbow Invite, Jan. 21-22 at Ke'ehi Lagoon.
