Game Notes
LAS CRUCES, N.M. - The No. 20 University of Hawai'i Rainbow baseball team continues its road trip with a four-game series at New Mexico State, running from Apr. 24-26.
UH lost its midweek game at Arizona State 17-2 in a game that was much closer than the score would indicate. The 'Bows were down just 3-1 going into the bottom of the seventh inning before the third-ranked Sun Devils went on a tear. ASU scored seven runs in the seventh and seven more in the eighth to turn the game into a blowout.
The Rainbows moved back into the national rankings at No. 20 in the Baseball America poll after taking three of four games from Sacramento State last weekend.
