Friday's nationally televised game is scheduled for 6:05 p.m. MT (2:05 p.m. HT) at Bronco Stadium.
The Warriors (3-3, 2-1 WAC) picked up their second consecutive victory after Saturday's 24-14 win over Louisiana Tech. Quarterback Inoke Funaki completed 14-of-26 passes for a career-high 224 yards and two touchdowns. Funaki also rushed 12 times for 43 yards and his first career rushing touchdown.

Last season, UH and BSU entered their match-up in Honolulu both undefeated in WAC play with 7-0 records. The Warriors, ranked 13th, led 19-17 at the half and out-scored the No. 17 Broncos, 20-10 in the decisive third quarter en route to a 39-27 victory. Colt Brennan threw for 495 yards and five touchdowns and rushed for another score as the Warriors captured their first outright WAC championship.
The Broncos are the third ranked team UH will have faced this season. The Warriors opened the season with a 56-10 loss at No. 5 Florida and upset then-No. 22 Fresno State, 32-29 in overtime for the program's first win over a ranked team on the road.
