Biography

2009 (Sophomore): Named second team all-WAC...ranked 10th in the WAC and third on the team in kills per set (2.64)…had a career night against No. 10 California (Sept. 6), recording 18 kills and adding nine digs…had a career-high three aces against Weber State (Sept. 10)...hit a career high .600 against UT-San Antonio (Sept. 11)…tied a career-high with three total blocks against No. 19 Saint Louis (Sept. 3)…had 11 kills and her first solo block of the season at New Mexico State (Oct. 3)…had 10 kills, hit .412 and added five digs against BYU-Hawaii (Oct. 23)…had 11 kills and hit .421 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament against New Mexico (Dec. 4)...had a career-high 19 kills against No. 8 Illinois in the NCAA Regional Semifinal (Dec. 11)…named to the Stanford Regional All-Tournament team, with a total of 29 kills in seven sets…had 13 kills against No. 1 Penn State in the Final Four (Dec. 17).

2008 (Freshman): Played in 33 matches, starting three matches at outside hitter…hit .300 with four kills vs. UCLA (Aug. 31)…had 13 kills, seven digs and three blocks vs. Wyoming (Sept. 5)…hit .857 with six kills vs. St. Mary’s (Sept. 11)…had five kills while hitting .625 in two sets vs. Pacific (Sept. 12)…had nine kills vs. Washington (Sept. 13)…hit .583 with eight kills and five digs at Louisiana Tech (Sept. 25)…had nine kills and two blocks at New Mexico State (Sept. 27)…hit .471 with 10 kills at San Jose State (Sept. 29)…hit .778 with eight kills vs. Louisiana Tech (Oct. 10)…had 11 kills and a .364 hitting percentage at Fresno State (Nov. 10)…hit .462 with nine kills and three blocks vs. Utah Valley (Nov. 15).
 
2007: Earned a medical hardship…played in four matches as an outside hitter before missing the rest of the season due to injury…had one kill on two attempts vs. Idaho (Sept. 14).
 
Prep: A 2007 graduate of Locke High School in Los Angeles, Calif…lettered three years in volleyball, including two years at Manual Arts High School…named the No. 99 top senior on the prepvolleyball.com Senior Aces list…named to the girl’s 17-club all-tournament team at the 2005 USA Girls’ Invitational Championships…earned all-city honors in 2004…also played for the Southern California Volleyball Club.
