Biography

2009 (Junior): Played in 15 matches...recorded her first ace against UT-San Antonio (Sept. 11)...had her first career dig against Nevada (Oct. 8)...had two digs against Louisiana Tech (Oct. 19).

Prior To UH: Played two seasons at the University of Portland in Oregon…finished fifth on the team with 153 digs in 2007, adding 19 assists, two kills and five aces…played sparingly in 2008, accumulating seven digs.
 
Prep: A 2007 graduate of the Kamehameha Schools in Honolulu, O‘ahu…two-time all-league player…named to the Junior Olympics All-America team in 2004…named one of the top 250 recruits in the country by prepvolleyball.com in 2007…a member of the 2005 and ’06 state championship teams…also played on the Maunalani club team that took first place in the Far Western National qualifier three times.

Personal: Born in Fridley, Minn.…has one brother and two sisters…has two aunties, Mary and Joselyn Robins, who both played for the Rainbow Wahine…father Duke and uncle Ali‘i played on the men’s volleyball team at UH…other uncle, Fred, was an All-American in volleyball at UCLA…parents are Camille and Duke Robins of Honolulu, O‘ahu.
