Biography

2003 (Senior): Played in 125 games...recorded 412 digs on the season ..also tallied 32 assists and three kills...had a season-high 25 digs vs. Georgia Tech (12/13).

2002 (Junior): Played in all 36 matches at the libero position…named second-team all-WAC…led the team with 3.52 digs per game…had 19 double-digit dig matches…had two streaks of six matches with double-digit digs…had a huge 33-dig match in a five-game thriller at Fresno State (11/15)…had 19 digs in the NCAA Regional final at Nebraska (12/14)…dug up 17 balls in the NCAA Championships semifinal match vs. Stanford (12/19).
2001 (Sophomore): Played in 34 of the 35 matches as a defensive specialist...averaged 1.71 dpg and 0.19 assists per game...had 12 digs three times (9/2 and 12/6 vs. UCLA and 11/5 vs. UC Santa Barbara)...had two other double-digit dig matches against USC on 9/7 (11).
2000 (Freshman): Played in 32 of 33 matches as a defensive specialist...ended the season with 1.24 digs and 0.14 assists per game...recorded a career-high 11 digs in the team's NCAA Tournament second round victory over Utah (12/1)...played with the USA Junior National Volleyball team during the summer.
Prep: A 2000 graduate of St. Joseph High School in Carson, Calif....lettered in both basketball and volleyball...named school MVP and best defensive player...earned second team all-Del Rey League in 1998 and first team honors in 1999.
