Biography

2009 (Senior): Played mostly as a blocking sub in 25 matches...recorded two kills against UT-San Antonio (Sept. 11)...had one kill against Boise State (Sept. 24)...had a block against Idaho (Sept. 26)...tied a career-high with three kills at Louisiana Tech (Oct. 1)...had three kills and two blocks in one set at Louisiana Tech...had three kills and three blocks against Louisiana Tech (Oct. 19)...played in two sets against No. 15 USC in the second round of the NCAA Tournament (Dec. 5).

2008 (Junior): Played in 18 matches as a middle hitter, starting one…averaged 0.77 blocks and 0.64 kills per set…had two kills vs. Penn State (Aug. 29)…posted five blocks vs. Ohio (Aug. 30)…hit .600 with three kills and a block vs. Minnesota (Sept. 4)…had four blocks in one set at Utah State (Oct. 16)…went a perfect 3-for-3 on attack attempts in one set vs. Utah State (Nov. 1)…academic all-WAC.
 
Prior To UH: Played two years at the University of Arkansas…averaged 1.52 kills and 1.22 blocks per game in 2007…earned all-tournament honors at the Jefferson Cup, hitting .326 with 22 kills and 12 blocks…had a season-high 18 kills and six blocks vs. Auburn (Oct. 7)…posted a season-high 10 blocks with seven kills and a .357 hitting percentage at South Carolina (Nov. 2)…played in 16 matches in 2006, posting 22 kills and 23 blocks.
 
Prep: A 2006 graduate of Conway High School in Conway, Ark…lettered four years in volleyball…named the No. 26 top senior on the prepvolleyball.com Senior Aces list…earned a spot on the USA Women’s Junior National A2 Team in 2005…two-time all-state and all-conference honoree…also lettered in basketball.
