2005 (Track): Finished ninth at the NCAA West Regionals in the 1500m finals with a personal-best time of 4:27.10...posted team's top time in the 3000m steeplechase (11:14.71) during the WAC Championships...ran a season-best 2:10.45 in the 800m at the Northridge Open...member of two school record breaking relay teams (4x800 and 4000 Distance Medley)...set new Cooke Field records in the 1500m (4:30.14) and mile (4:54.75)...broke the school record in the mile (4:53.35) during the indoor season at the WAC Championships...named to the all-WAC academic team.

2004 (Cross Country): Led the way for Hawai`i at the NCAA West Regional (21:52), finishing 45th...finished 11th at WAC Championships (18:10)...posted two top-three finishes, with second place at Big Wave Invitational (15:18) and third place at UH Coed-Sprint Invitational (14:57)...named to the all-WAC second team.

2004 (Track): Qualified for NCAA West Regional Championship, participating in 800m (2:13.27) and 1500m (4:28.67), both new school records...also set school records in 600m (1:35.68) and 1000m (2:55.78)...captured fourth place at the WAC Championship in 1500m (4:31.11)...member of 4x400m (3:52.88) relay team at WAC Championship...set Cooke Field record in the mile (5:00.19).

2003 (Cross Country): Captured Hawai`i's top times at both the NCAA West Regional (22:45) and WAC Championships (18:45)...posted Hawai`i's top time in five of nine events...finished second at the University of San Francisco Invitational (17:32) and third at the UH Coed-Sprint Invite (11:03).

Prep: A 2003 graduate of Fellowes High School in Beachburg, Ontario, Canada...event area specialty is 800m...recorded her personal best time in the 400m (56.83) in May 2003 in St. Catherines, Ontario...personal best in the 800m (2:09.85) recorded in July 2003 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada...won silver at the OFSAA in the 800m and bronze in the 400m...National Champion in the 800m in 2003...placed sixth at the Pan-Am Juniors in 2003.
