2005 (Track): Set new personal best marks in all three throwing events...threw 11.76m at the All-Comers #4...heaved 40.41m in the discus and 49.90m in the hammer throw at the Triton Invitational...ranked seventh in the WAC in the hammer...competed in the WAC Indoor Championships in the shot put (11.62m) and weight toss (12.54m)...named to the all-WAC academic team.

2004 (Track): Finished second in shot put (10.43) at UH Sunrise Meet 3...competed in discus (39.86) at UC San Diego Triton Invitational...posted second-best UH hammer (42.25) distance  at Pomona-Pitzer Invitational.

2003 (Track): Set a UH record in  hammer (36.06) at the 2003 WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Prep: A 2001 graduate of Saint Bonaventure High School in Ventura, Calif...broke the school record in the shot put during her sophomore year and the discus record her junior year...received all-county and all-CIF honors...event area specialty is throws.

Personal: Born Oct. 8, 1983, in Ventura, Calif...majoring in political science...has a younger brother, Branden...parents are Cristy and Ed Fredrick of Oxnard, Calif.
