2004 (Senior): Appeared in 10 games at center midfielder...started first three matches of the season versus St. Mary's (Aug. 27), Pacific (Aug. 29) and at UC Santa Barbara (Sept. 1)Â… team posted a 1-1-1 record during that stretchÂ…took seven shots with four on goalÂ… missed playing time during the season due to concussion....finshed four-year career having appeared in 69 matches with nine total points (two goals, five assists).

2003 (Junior): Appeared in all 20 matches, starting seven...started first four matches of the season in the backline...also played much of the season in the midfield...recorded six points on the year, off two goals and two assists... scored first goal of her career in a 2-0 win at Cal State Northridge (Sept. 5)...also scored in a 3-0 win at Tulsa (Sept. 28)...provided a pair of assists in a 5-0 win versus San Jose State (Oct. 19).

2002 (Sophomore): Participated in 19 games, starting eight... logged valuable minutes in the Rainbow Wahine midfield...showed poise and good field vision, dishing out three assists on the season... first collegiate point came on an assist against Long Island (Sept. 19) ...also had assists against Rice (Oct. 13) and Boise State (Oct. 25), Rice assist was on game-winning goal...took 10 shots, two on goal.

2001 (Freshman): Played in all 20 matches, starting three...saw time at central midfielder and defender...took eight shots, one on goal...started against Cal State Northridge (Sept. 22), Sacramento State (Sept. 30), and No. 6 California (Oct. 1)...enjoyed a fine WAC Tournament, helping solidify the Rainbow Wahine midfield as they made a run to the league title match.

Prep:  2001 graduate of Mt. Carmel High School in San Diego, Calif... earned three varsity letters in soccer...a three-year starter and member of  the 1998 and '99 Palomar League championship teams...helped her
San Diego Surf club team to several tournament championships, including the Surf Cup titles...club team won the state
championship in 1999 and advanced to the regional finals in 2000... chose Hawai`i over Baylor, Cornell and Washington State.

Personal: Born April 7, 1983, in Los Angeles, Calif...chose Hawai'i over Baylor, Cornell and Washington State...a Spanish major...has a younger brother and a younger sister...parents are Holly and Alberto Araya of San Diego, Calif.
