2000 (Junior): Played in 16 matches, starting in all 16…voted team’s most valuable defender…starting outside defender, incurred a severe concussion 12 minutes into the Wahine season opener against Boise State (Aug. 25)…missed three more contests before returning against Pepperdine (Sep. 8)…recorded two offensive points on assists against Nevada (Oct. 8) and Tulsa (Oct. 15)…also took two shots, one on goal.
1999 (Sophomore): Played in all 20 matches, starting 18…defender was the heart of the Wahine defense…the fastest player on the team, uses her blazing speed to shut down many opposing strikers and also starts attacks with long runs from the defensive third…perhaps the most effective defender, helped team notch school record for shutouts (8) and goals allowed average (0.87)…took five shots, one on goal…recorded an assist, the first of her career, at Cal State Hayward (Oct. 11)…selected to No Ka Oi Wahine Soccer All-Tournament team, after leading team to consecutive shutout efforts and the tourney title.
1998: Redshirted…a 1998 Western Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete.
1997 (Freshman): Speedy defender played in 18 matches, started in three…took eight shots, five on goal.
Prep: A 1997 graduate of Kamehameha Schools in Honolulu…lettered four years in both soccer and track, three in cross country and one in bowling…named to Interscholastic League of Honolulu all-star team in soccer…earned athlete-of-the-year honors in track…helped lead Kamehameha to back-to-back state championship soccer titles…also guided the Warriors to an ILH soccer championship…also recruited by Hawai‘i Pacific…played with former Wahine teammate Camille Kalama.
