2008 (Cross Country): Competed in all seven meets...season-best 5K time of 20:15 at the Santa Clara Invitational...among the team’s top finishers at the WAC Championships and NCAA West Regional... named academic all-WAC.

2008 (Track): Competed during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2007 (Cross Country): Competed and travelled in seven meets. ..consistently finished among the top five on the team...ran a personal-best 19:44 at the WAC Championships.

Prep: A 2007 graduate of Baldwin High School in Maui...lettered once in soccer, three times in track, and four times in cross country...member of championship teams for cross country and track from 2004-07...class valedictorian.

Personal: Born in Wailuku, Maui...intends to major in elementary education...has one brother...parents are Janice and Bryan Goodnight of Kihei, Maui.
