2004: Played in 98 games in 2004...moved from middle blocker to an effective outside hitter...earned 2004 All-MPSF third team honors...recorded 392 kills and 47 service aces...put down a season and career high 28 kills versus Pepperdine (April 15)...led team in kill average with 4.00 kills per game...led the MPSF in aces with .629 aces per game in conference play...sixth in the nation in ace average with .480...named to the 2004 Outrigger Hotels Volleyball Invitational All-Tournament team...second highest number of career service aces by a Warrior with 108.

2003: Earned 2003 all-MPSF second team honors...finished seventh in the MPSF in hitting with a .421 pct...finished second in the MPSF in blocking with an average 1.34 blocks a game...finished eighth in the MPSF in aces (.297 per game)...finished the season 11th in the nation in hitting percentages (.446) and ninth in blocks with 1.40 per game and aces with .410 per game...named to the Outrigger Invitational All-Tournament team...posted 41 service aces in 100 games to help the Warriors lead the MPSF in aces per game (1.37 team avg.)..

2002 : Earned Freshman All-America honors from <i>Volleyball</i> magazine...spent the summer with the U.S. Junior National Team...led the U.S. to a bronze medal finish at the NORCECA Junior Men's Continental Volleyball Championship, earning All-Tournament and Best Attacker honors...quickly became an offensive force as a freshman last season leading Hawai`i in attack percentage (.441), finishing 14th in the nation...was sixth in MPSF matches in attack percentage (.447)...posted 0.90 blocks per game...helped the Warriors lead the MPSF in team blocking average (6.49 bpg)...posted 20 service aces.

PREP: A 2001 graduate of John F. Kennedy High School in Sacramento, Calif...lettered in volleyball, basketball and soccer...voted his school's Athlete of the Year.

PERSONAL: Born Jan. 26, 1983, in Oakland, Calif...enjoys going to the beach...favorites include the color clear, chicken, the movie "Goonies," the television series "The Family Guy," and entertainer Jennifer Lopez...lists Houston Rockets' center Yao Ming as his favorite athlete...has two younger sisters...parents are Kathleen O'Connor and Vanneto Thomas of Sacramento, Calif.
