Biography

2003-04 (Senior): Saw action is 27 games and started one...scored a career-high 12 points on 4-of-6 shooting vs. Rice (Feb. 29) on Senior Night...started at center against UC Santa Barbara (Nov. 21)...scored seven points in nine minutes against Texas Southern (Dec. 19)...posted six points and three rebounds in career-high 17 minutes vs. Tulsa (Feb. 27)...recorded seven points and two rebounds at SMU (Jan. 15).

2002-03: Redshirted after suffering broken wrist prior to start of season.

2001-02 (Junior): Saw action in 21 games...scored a season-high 10 points against Colorado State (Nov. 24)...grabbed six rebounds in victory over Wisconsin (Nov. 25)...played in 10 WAC games...converted 3-of-5 at the free throw line against Norfolk State (Nov. 16)...also grabbed four rebounds and had two assists in the game...scored four points in victory over Rice (Feb. 23)...recorded two points and two rebounds in victory over San Jose State (Mar. 7) in WAC Tournament quarterfinals.

Junior College:
Attended Skyline College in San Bruno, Calif. for two years...member of the Coast Conference (North) championship team during 2000-01 season...coached by Pete Pontacq...member of the Dean's list, 2000-01.

Prep:
A 1998 graduate of Michaelhouse High School in Balgowan, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa...lettered twice in basketball, water polo, and track and field...member of the men's junior national team which competed in Moscow and Egypt in 1998 and the men's national team which competed in Morocco in 2001...competed on the 1998 Under-18 national championship team.
