Biography

2003-04 (Senior): Career-high 21 points on 7-of-8 shooting, including six 3-pointers against Nebraska in NIT second round (March 22)...made first career start at point guard against UC Santa Barbara (Nov. 21)...dished out six assists in that game...started seven games including last four: WAC Tournament quarterfinal game against Rice (March 11) and NIT games at Utah State (March 17), vs. Nebraska (March 22), and at Michigan (March 24)...scored in double figures in five games...recorded 13 points and six assists at Utah State (March 17)...season-high 14 points on 6-of-9 shooting at San Jose State (Jan. 10)...also recorded six assists in road loss to Rice (Jan. 28)...matched season-high 14 points with three 3-pointers and three steals against Rice (Feb. 29)...recorded 11 points and five assists against Tulsa (Feb. 27)...scored eight points against Texas Southern (Dec. 19) and Fresno State (Jan. 3)...appeared in 26 games last season...scored in double figures in nine career games.

2002-03 (Junior):
Appeared in 26 games...sprained MCL in right knee against UTEP (Mar. 8) in final regular season game...missed two WAC Tournament games...had nine points in 10 minutes in first game back from injury against UNLV (Mar. 19) in first round of NIT...had four double-figure scoring games...season-high 15 points on 6-of-10 shooting at Boise State (Jan. 4)...scored 12 points against Texas A&M Corpus Christi (Nov. 24) in Hawaiian Airlines Tip-off Tournament title game...had 10 points and two treys at San Diego State (Dec. 14).

Junior College:
A two-year starter for head coach Ryan Wolf at Barton County Community College in Great Bend, Kansas...averaged 16.4 points and 4.9 rebounds per game, shooting 47 percent from the field and 34 percent from 3-point range in 2001-02...helped the Cougars (22-10) finish second in the league in scoring average (86.9) and to the quarterfinals of the Region VI Tournament...as a his freshman guided the Cougars to the Region VI Championship and finished seventh in the NJCAA Tournament...picked UH over South Carolina.

A 1999 graduate of Horace Mann High School in Gary, Ind...lettered in both basketball and track...named MVP of the league as a senior...coached by Roosevelt Pullman.
