    Graduate Manager – Strength & Conditioning
Denis Krdzalic has been with the Rainbow Warrior basketball team as a graduate manager since 2014. As part of his graduate manager responsibilities, Krdzalic works alongside strength & conditioning coach James Chassin to create and deliver individualized programs to improve the speed, strength, agility, and conditioning of each player on the team.
 
Krdzalic has worked as a strength & conditioning coach for the following professional basketball players: Nikola Vucevic (Orlando Magic), Nemanja Aleksandrov (Oldenburg, Germany), Dusan Gavrilovic (Banvit, Turkey), Nikola Dragovic (Avellino, Italy), Petar Popovic (Aliaga, Turkey), and Tibor Pleiss (Barcelona, Spain). Krdzalic worked with each of these athletes on a one-on-one basis, tested each athlete, and created individualized programs based on each athlete’s deficiencies and goals.
 
In 2013, Krdzalic worked with Montenegro’s senior men’s basketball team as a strength & conditioning coach. Krdzalic was responsible for performance testing and creating a 50-day strength & conditioning program to prepare the team for the 2013 EuroBasket Championships in Slovenia.
 
Krdzalic graduated from Mount Mercy University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Krdzalic played soccer for the Mustangs and received All-Midwest Collegiate Conference honorable mention and Academic All-Midwest Collegiate Conference honors during his career.
 
Krdzalic is currently pursuing a master of science in physical activity from the department of Kinesiology & Rehabilitation Science and is preparing for the NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist exam.
