Prep: A 2015 graduate of Charlotte Christian High School in Charlotte, North Carolina…earned eight varsity letters with four in football, also wrestling and playing lacrosse…playing wide receiver and defensive back, his team won three consecutive North Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association (NCISAA) State Championships from 2012-2014…As a senior, he caught three touchdown passes…collected five interceptions as a junior…was once named National Underclassmen (NUC) combine MVP.
 
Personal: Born in Matthews, N.C…intends to major in business…very active in community service, accruing 60 hours in high school…was an instructor at the Charlotte Sports Academy…has one older brother and two older sisters…parents are Jim and Marla Linton of Matthews, N.C.
