2021:

• Selected first team All-Mountain West for the second consecutive season.
• Led the team in total tackles with 109.
• Second straight year eclipsing over 100 tackles.
• Also led the team in sacks (7.0) and tackles-for-loss (14).
• Ranked fifth nationally in forced fumbles with five. 
• Returned lone interception of the year 75 yards for a touchdown in win over New Mexico State.
• Had seven games with 10 or more tackles. 
• Had a season-high 16 tackles at Utah State
• Registered a team-high 13 tackles (12 solo), two sacks, and three forced fumbles to help UH win its home finale vs. Colorado State 
• Earned Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week honors for the performance. 
• Prior to the season, selected to the Chuck Bednarik Award and Bronko Nagurski Award watch lists.
• Earned academic all-MW honors.

2020:

• Named to the All-Mountain West first team.
• Earned Phil Steele All-America honorable mention.
• One of five finalists for the Polynesian College Football Player of the Year award.
• Led the Mountain West and ranked fourth nationally in solo tackles per game (7.6).
• Finished with 104 overall tackles, while also leading the team in tackles-for-loss (9.5) sacks (4.5), and quarterback hurries (7).
• One of just two UH players in the last nine seasons to hit the century mark in season tackles and did so in an abbreviated season.
• Tallied 10 or more tackles in seven of nine contests.
• Ranked fifth nationally in tackles per game (11.8).
• Recorded 14 tackles and a sack to help key UH’s win over previously undefeated Nevada.  
• Named Mountain West Player of the Week following a career-high 18-tackle performance in UH’s win over UNLV.
• Was named the New Mexico Bowl Most Outstanding Defensive Player after posting nine tackles, a sack, three quarterback hurries and snagging his first career interception.
• Earned academic all-MW honors.

• True freshman made an immediate impact.
• Played in all 15 games with four starts at linebacker. 
• Also named the team’s Dick Tomey Special Teams MVP
• Finished third on the team with 61 tackles, including 44 solo.
• Had 3.0 tackles-for-loss and recovered two fumbles.
• Tallied a season-high 11 tackles in a win over Army.
• Also had nine tackles and two fumble recoveries against Fresno State. 
• Earned academic all-MW honors.
• Earned UH Scholar-Athlete Award.

• A 2019 graduate of Mililani High School on O‘‘ahu.
• Garnered Honolulu Star-Advertiser and ScoringLive all-state first team honors as a senior.
• A finalist for KHON’s Cover2 Defensive Player of the Year award.
• Recorded 38.5 tackles, one sack, and two interceptions in eight games played.
• Part of Trojan squad that captured the 2016 Division I state title and finished runner-up for the 2018 Open Division state title.
• Also earned all-state mention as a junior.
• Selected to play in the 2019 Polynesian Bowl.

• Born in San Diego, Calif.
• Intends to major in human development and family studies.
• Has five brothers.
• Parents are Matthew and Felisa Muasau of ‘Ewa Beach, O‘ahu.
