SERIES INFORMATION
  • UH has now lost six straight games to the Aggies dating back to 2011, including all five Mountain West meetings.
  • It’s the second-longest losing streak to a Mountain West team (Boise State, 8).
  • USU has won six of the eight meetings in Logan including the last three.
  • The Aggies have won all five Mountain West contests. While the teams were members of the Western Athletic Conference, UH won five of the seven contests.
  • 15 of the 17 all-time meetings have been decided by double-digits.

TEAM STREAKS/TRENDS  
  • UH has dropped four straight conference road games. UH’s last Mountain West road win can at Fresno State in last season’s season opener in late October.
  • UH did not score on its opening drive for the first time in its last five games.
  • After rushing for better than 200 yards in three of its last four games, UH finished with with a season-low 12 yards.

INDIVIDUAL STREAKS/TRENDS 
  • Calvin Turner Jr. has scored in seven of nine games this season after his 27-yard scoring catch in the third quarter. Turner has a team-leading 10 touchdowns this season.
  • Matthew Shipley has made 10 straight field goals after nailing a 49-yarder in the second quarter. Shipley is 11-of-12 on field goals this season.
 
TEAM NOTES
  • UH surrendered season highs in points (51) and yards (564).
  • The 51 points allowed is the most under Todd Graham at UH.
  • Hawai‘i is 1-4 on the road this year and 2-6 in true road games in two seasons under coach Graham.
  • UH scored its fourth defensive touchdown this season—and its third in the last two  games-with Eugene Ford’s 60-yard scoop-and-score in the fourth quarter.
  • UH has a combined six touchdowns of 60 yards or longer in the last three games.
  • UH recorded a season high 11 tackles-for-loss, despite recording just one sack.
  • UH forced two fumbles against the Aggies. The Warriors have forced multiple turnovers in six of nine games this year.
  • In its five road games, UH has been out-scored by a combined 65-20 in the first quarter.
  • UH surrendered a touchdown on its opponents opening drive for just the second time this season (also at Oregon State).
 
INDIVIDUAL NOTES
  • After missing the last three games, Chevan Cordeiro returned as the team’s starting quarterback.
  • Cordeiro finished 23-of-39 for 296 yards with three touchdowns and one interception.
  • Calvin Turner posted his second 100-yard receiving game this season and third of his career with eight catches for 110 yards and a one touchdown.
  • The eight receptions tied a career-high.
  • Dedrick Parson also went over 100 yards receiving (115) for the first time in his UH career and scored his first receiving touchdown with a 29-yard catch from Cordeiro in the second quarter.
  • Parsons has four touchdowns in the last two games.
  • Koali Nishigaya recorded his first career touchdown catch with a 12-yard connection from Cordeiro in the third quarter.
  • Matthew Shipley nailed a career-long 49-yard field goal to give UH its first points of the game in the second quarter. His previous long was 48 yards at UCLA in the 2021 season opener.
  • Darius Muasau finished with a season-high 16 tackles, two short of his career high.
  • Eugene Ford scored his first career touchdown on a 60-yard scoop-and-score in the fourth quarter, while also adding a career-high 10 tackles.
  • Solo Turner got his first career start as a Warrior in the secondary and finished with nine tackles, two of them for loss, including a sack and forced fumble that was recovered by UH in the third quarter.
