SERIES INFORMATION
  • Utah State leads the series 9-6. USU leads 5-2 in Logan.
  • The Aggies have won four in a row in the series, including all three meetings in Mountain West play. UH’s last win against Utah State came in 2010 in Logan (45-7).
  • Thirteen of the 15 meetings have been decided by double-digits.

STREAKS/TRENDS
  • UH has lost eight of its last nine games and have failed to score more than 23 points in those losses.
  • UH has yet to score on an opening drive this season.
  • UH has trailed or were tied after the first quarter in nine of 11 games this season and are 2-7 in those games.

TEAM NOTES
  • UH is 9-39 in the Mountain West regular season games, including 4-20 on the road.
  • UH finished winless on the road in the Mountain West for the fourth time in six seasons.
  • UH was shutout for the first time since it’s 55-0 loss at San Diego State last season.
 
INDIVIDUAL NOTES
  • With 122 rushing yards, Diocemy Saint Juste notched his eighth 100-yard game this season. It was his third straight 100-yard game and fifth in his last six games.
  • The eight 100-yard games is second most for a season, behind Travis Sim’s nine in 1992.
  • Saint Juste has 13 career 100-yard games, second-most in UH history. Gary Allen holds the record with 15 such games.
  • Saint Juste now has 3,063 career rushing yards. He is just the second UH player to surpass 3,000 rushing yards, joining all-time leading rusher Gary Allen. Saint Juste surpassed the milestone on a 21-yard gain late in the first half.
  • Saint Juste is now just 28 yards from setting a new single-season yardage mark (Travis Sims, 1,498 yards, 1992).
  • Jahlani Tavai finished with 13 tackles and has now posted at least 10 tackles in eight games this season.
  • Tavai has 111 tackles on the year for his second straight season with more than 100 tackles.
  • His 296 career tackles puts him in a tie for ninth all-time at UH with Hyrum Peters.
  • Dru Brown (4,887), finished with 128 yards passing and now has 5,015 yards for his career. He is just one of seven Rainbow Warriors to surpass 5,000 career passing yards.
  • Senior safety Trayvon Henderson recorded his first interception of the season late in the first half. With nine career interceptions, he’s now tied for eighth on the all-time UH list.
  • Solomon Matautia recorded a career-high 15 tackles.
