UH has lost seven straight games, tied for the second longest streak in school history.
 
The last time UH lost seven straight within a season, started a season 1-8 and opened the season with six straight conference losses was during the winless 1998 season.
 
The last time UH was during the winless 1998 season.
 
The Warriors have lost their last nine conference games dating back to last season, tied for the second longest streak in school history. Five of those losses have come at home.
 
The Warriors are 1-3 at home this season and have surrendered 51.0 ppg points in their three losses.
 
Boise State leads the all-time series 10-3 and have won the last four meetings.
 
Boise State has scored 40 or more points in eight of the last 10 meetings.
 
BSU has now won five of eight meetings in Honolulu, including the last two meetings by a combined (103-23).
 
UH finished with a (modern era) record low (-14) rushing yards. The previous record was (-12) vs. Alabama in 2002.
 
Junior Mike Edwards set a new school single-season and career record with his third kickoff return for a touchdown this year, a 100-yard return in the first quarter. Edwards also had touchdown returns against Lamar (95 yards) and New Mexico (100 yards).
 
UH made its 63rd all-time appearances on national television and now is 17-44-2 record in those games.  UH has dropped nine nationally televised games dating back to last season, including an 0-5 mark this year.
 
Junior tight end Clark Evans made his first career start for UH and finished with 4 catches for 67 yards. UH has a nation-leading 29 different players who have made their first Division I start this season. Evans is the 14th rookie offensive starter this year.
 
Junior tight end Ryan Hall finished with career highs of 5 catches for 70 yards.
 
In all eight losses this season, UH has allowed 35 points or more.
 
UH has yet to score on an opening drive in nine games this year.
 
John Lister scored his team-leading fourth rushing touchdown of they year with a 1-yard plunge in the fourth quarter.
 
Senior punter Alex Dunnachie tied his career high with four punts of 50 yards or longer.
