2006 (Junior): Sidelined nearly half the season...played in 12 contests with nine starts...started season-opener vs. Washington (Aug. 25) before missing seven of the next nine matches... returned to the starting lineup in home loss to Cal State Northridge (Sept. 25) and would start six straight matches after that...missed the team’s final two regular-season road matches before starting season-finale vs. Nevada (Nov. 2) in the Western Athletic Conference Tournament...played the full 90 minutes in the final five matches she appeared in...contributed to four shutout wins (vs. Kent State, vs. Winthrop, at Idaho, vs. Louisiana Tech).

2005 (Sophomore): Started 19 matches…earned a starting position as a central defender, but also proved a key player in UH’s offense, tallying four assists…finished tied for second on the squad in assists…named to the Outrigger Hotels and Resorts Soccer Shootout all-tournament team…recorded her first career multiple-assist match against Robert Morris (Sept. 25), while also notching the first of her two game-winning assists on the season…missed only match of the season, UH’s home-finale versus Fresno State (Oct. 30), due to neck injury…returned to the starting lineup for the squad’s next match in the WAC Tournament semifinals…helped Hawai‘i post six shutouts in eight regular-season conference matches.

2004 (Freshman): Earned valuable playing time in 11 matches... played mostly at defender but also saw spot minutes at midfield...took only shot of the year versus Tulsa (Oct. 3)...made first collegiate appearance in 1-1 double-overtime tie versus Pacific (Aug. 29)... team was 7-2-2 during her 11 appearances...a UH scholar-athlete.

2003: Redshirted.

Prep: A 2003 graduate of Leilehua High School in Wahiawa, O`ahu...lettered in soccer two years for the Mules.

Personal: Born June 6, 1985, in Wahiawa, O`ahu...a sociology major...parents are Sumiko and Masashige Higa of Wahiawa, O`ahu.
