2006: A third-team AWPCA All-American...was a second team NCAA Championship all-tournament pick...garnered second-team all-MPSF...named to the MPSF Championship all-tournament team...recorded 8.33 saves per game ranking her fourth in the MPSF and 11th nationally...ranked eighth in the MPSF in goals against average (6.89)...broke the UH single-match record, posting 17 saves against UCLA (Feb. 26) at the Gaucho Tournament in Santa Barbara, Calif...her 225 saves is ranked fifth on the UH single-season list...is second on the UH all-time career saves list with 417.

2005: An NCAA All-American...finished fifth in the MPSF in goals against average (6.29) and 12th in saves per game (6.86)...totaled 192 saves ranks fifth on the UH single-season list...also posted 20 steals and three assists...tied a UH record with 15 saves in the opening game of the year at San Jose State (2/13) and against Loyola Marymount (5/13) in UH's 12-8 win in the opening game at the NCAA Championship...also posted 12 saves against California (2/25) and 11 versus UCLA (4/30)...named to the NCAA Championship All-Tournament second team.

Prep: A 2001 graduate of Arnhem International School...her high school didn't have a sports program, so she played goalie on the Brandenburg Club team.

Personal: Born May 2, 1983, in Eindhaven, The Netherlands...prefers to be called "Meike"...has one brother, Joost...parents are Jelleke and Rob de Nooy of The Netherlands.
