2001-02 (Senior): Finished the season with an 18-7 overall singles mark...tied with teammate Malino Oda for most singles victories for the '01-'02 season (18)...was 13-8 in doubles action and tallied all 13 victories with partner Kai Ohuchi in the No. 3 position.

2000-01 (Junior): Finished the season with a 16-7 overall singles record and and 12-8 in doubles competition...named to the 2001 All-City Team for his performance in singles competition after defeating Hawai`i Pacific University's Jarrod Dryer 6-2, 6-2.

Junior College: Attended Jefferson College of Hillsboro, Montana for two years in the Midwest conference...All-American in singles both years...coached by Lloyd Brown.

Prep: A 1998 graduate of Lois St. Laurent in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada...was on the Alberta Junior Tennis Team...coached by his father, George Gonzalez.

Personal: Born on June 19, 1979...has a younger brother, Andrew...son of Julia and George Gonzalez of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
