Biography

2007-08 (Junior): Had her career game in a Hawai`i uniform against Grambling State (Dec. 21)...earned her first start of her career against Grambling State and recorded a double-double...had 10 points and 10 rebounds against Grambling State in 24 minutes of action...had seven offensive rebounds against Grambling State...had a career-high three blocked shots at Fresno State (Jan. 17)...played the second most minutes of the year against Fresno State, 21 minutes.

Prior to UH: Attended Wallace State Community College in Selma, Ala., the last two seasons...a two-year starter at power forward and center...helped lead the Lady Patriots to a division title and a spot in the conference tournament semifinals as a sophomore... led the conference in blocks (2.0 bpg) and hauled in a team-leading 9.2 rpg...also averaged 7.6 ppg...earned second-teams all-region honors...averaged 6.4 ppg, 6.4 rpg and 2.1 bpg as a freshman...a member of the Student Government Association.

Prep: A 2005 graduate of Lanier High School in Montgomery, Ala...three year-starter...helped her school win the 6A state title in her senior year...earned all-city honors...also earned two varsity letters in volleyball...a member of the National Honor Society and the US Academic Achievement Award Class.
