Prep: A 2002 graduate of Edison High School in Huntington Beach, Calif...earned four letters in track and field and three in football...played both wide receiver and free safety and also returned punts...had 65 receptions for 1,200 yards and 20 touchdowns as a senior...fourth on the team with 100 tackles and two interceptions, one for a touchdown, on defense...averaged 6.0 yards on punt returns...named team's co-Most Valuable Player as a senior...a California Interscholastic Federation first-team all-star...Los Angeles Times second team all-state selection...helped Edison to an 11-1-1 record as a senior...also ran 100- and 300-meter hurdles in track...finished seventh in the state and broke the school record (14.29) in 100-meter hurdles as a junior...a three-year scholar athlete...named College Hall of Fame Scholar Athlete...member of Model United Nations and Spanish Club.
