Biography

2010 (Track): Competed in the distance events…placed 14th in the 10,000-meter at the WAC Outdoor Championship…finished 16th in the 5000-meters and 23rd in the 3000-meters at WAC Indoor…seasonal best marks of 5:06.14 in 1500-meters, 10:52.40 in the 3000-meters, 18:40.97 in the 5000-meters and 39:15.81 in the 10,000-meter events.
 
2009 (Cross Country): Competed in five meets and finished among the team's top 5 in every meet…placed 12th overall with a time of 19:15 at the season-opening HPU Invitational…finished fifth overall in the 4kBig Wave Invitational with a time of 15:43:92…competed in the WAC Championships finishing 46th overall with a time of 21:29.

2009 (Track): Competed in the 1500- and 5000-meter events...placed 13th in the 5000-meters and 14th in the 1500-meters at the WAC Outdoor Championships...seasonal-best 1500-meter mark of 4:54.18 at the Mondo Invitational and 5000-meter mark of 18:57.62 at the Bryan Clay Invitational...placed 19th in the 3000-meter run at the WAC Indoor Championship.

2008 (Cross Country): Competed in all seven meets...team’s top finisher at the WAC Championship and NCAA West Regional...season-best 5K time of 19:21 at the Santa Clara Invitational...placed eighth at the season-opening Chaminade Invitational...finished 40th at the WAC Championships (20:12.1).

2008 (Track): Competed during the outdoor season...seasonal-bests 2:37.36 in the 800-meter and 5:01.87 in the 1500-meter...did not compete during the indoor season.

2007 (Cross-Country): Competed in the first three meets of the season...had two Top 10 finishes at the BYU-Hawai'i and Chaminade Invitationals.

2007 (Track): Set personal bests in the 400-meter (1:07.06), 800-meter (2:28.41), and 1500-meter (4:48.40)events...also competed during the indoor season and set PRs in the mile (5:20.78), 3000-meter (10:33.93) and 5000-meter (18:26.96).

2006 (Cross Country): Competed in all seven meets...finished either second or third on the team in each race...two Top 5 finishes...season-best 5K time of 19:06 at the Santa Clara Invitational...finished third at the BYU-Hawai`i Invitational (19:33)...placed 35th at the WAC Championship (19:16.3).

Prep: A 2006 graduate of Long Beach Poly High School in California...lettered four times in track and field and three times in cross country...named the Moore League Most Valuable Player in cross country.

Personal: Born in Long Beach, Calif...has two brothers and one sister...parents are Dave and Kimothy Tedesco of Long Beach, Calif.
