Biography

2005-06 (Senior): Walk-on appeared briefly in three games…made first collegiate appearance in win over Campbell (Dec. 17) logging one shot, one assist and one turnover in three minutes…also saw action in final home game versus San Jose State (Feb. 25) and in regular-season finale at Louisiana Tech (Mar. 4)…scored first career bucket in loss to the Lady Techsters.

2004-05 (Junior): Did not participate in any games.

College: Played the 2001-02 season at Northwest College, an NAIA school, in Kirkland, Wash...member of the Dean's List...has attended UH the last two years.

Prep: A 2001 graduate of Mountain View High School in Bend, Ore...played freshman season of varsity basketball and softball at Mount Si High School in Snoqualmie, Wash., before transferring to Mountain View, where she lettered three seasons basketball.

Personal: Born in Eugene, Ore...majoring in elementary education...has one older sister and one younger sister....parents are Ann and Loy Helmly of Bend, Ore.
