Won back-to-back ITA Southwest Regional in both singles and doubles in Fall 2021 and Fall 2022
Won the ITA national doubles championship in the Fall of 2021
Ranked No. 1 in the NJCAA in doubles (2022)
Ranked No. 2 in the NJCAA in doubles (2023)
Ranked No. 2 in the NJCAA in singles (2023)
Earned Dean's List honors in every semester while at TJC

Born and raised in Madrid, Spain
Was a youth phenom, achieving a world ATP ranking at the age of 16
Reached Top 500 in the world ITF juniors
Was ranked in the Top 3 in Spain in 10-12 age group
Returned to the courts in 2021 at Tyler JC after several years after an injury.
Has an older brother and a younger brother
Parents are Angelina Dalisay of Madrid, and Cesar Garcia of Madrid
Mother is from the Philippines and he would like to represent the Philippines in the future.
