Biography

2016 (Junior): Appeared in 43 games while starting 42 —25 at first base and 17 as the designated player…recorded an overall .237 batting average (28-for-118) with a .347 slugging percentage…launched three home runs ranking her third on the team tied with Keiki Carlos…recorded four doubles, five runs scored, 12 walks and 15 RBI…had six multiple hit games— four two-hit games and two three-hit games…her pair of three-hit games tied her career high against Utah Valley (Feb. 27) and Cal Poly (May 7)… drove in the winning run to cap a three-run seventh inning to down Cal Poly (May 6), 3-2 with a walk-off single that drove in Sarah Muzik for the win…had the second highest batting average at .500 when bases are loaded… in conference, recorded a .291 batting average (16-for-55) ranking her third on the team…scored one run, seven walks, three doubles (second on the team and tied with Nicole Lopez) and three RBI in the Big West.

2015 (Sophomore): Started all 54 games--34 at first base, 19 as the designated player and one as the pitcher...recorded career-highs across the board offensively for UH, including a team-high .331 batting average...finished second on the team with 50 hits and 32 RBI...was third on the team with 151 at-bats...recorded UH's longest "reached base safely" streak of the year at 16 games...tallied 13 multiple-hit games and seven multiple-RBI games--including a career and team season-high of five RBI against Longwood on Mar. 5...in that game against Longwood, helped UH overcome an early seven-run deficit as she launched her first career grand slam and later added another RBI with a sacrifice fly to knot the game in the bottom of the seventh en route to an 8-7 win in eight innings...overall posted four doubles, seven home runs, and 14 runs scored...went 2-for-2 in stolen bases...in conference games, hit .295 (18-for-61) with a double, two home runs, four runs scored and six RBI...against No. 25 DePaul (Feb. 6) scored the walk-off run to end the five inning, mercy rule win on an RBI single by Sarina Jaramillo...launched her first collegiate home run against No. 18/19 California (Feb. 26)...tied her career high with three hits three times this season against St. Bonaventure (Mar. 13), Columbia (Mar. 15) and Long Beach State (Apr. 11)...as a pitcher, was 1-0 on the season and appeared in nine games with one start...only win of the season came in relief against Utah State in Las Vegas as she threw 4.2 innings as UH came back to down the Aggies 11-10...fired 26.1 innings with a 2.92 ERA...issued 11 walks while striking out 18...voted to the Pepsi Malihini Kipa Aloha All-Tournament Team and was the Most Valuable Player for the Outrigger Resorts Spring Fling Tournament...earned all-Big West second team honors at first base.

2014 (Freshman): As a pitcher, appeared in 27 games with 25 starts and 15 complete games…recorded a 12-11 overall record and a 5.11 ERA in 145.1 innings pitched…fired four shut outs overall…struck out 54 but walked 80…earned first collegiate victory with a 2-0, three-hit shutout in the opening game of the season over Hampton (Feb. 6)…tossed a career-high 9.0 innings and earned the complete-game win at UC Santa Barbara (Apr. 26), 9-8…struck out a career-high four batters in five games…on offense, appeared in 20 games with 19 starts…finished the season ranked No. 5 with a .283 batting average (15-for-53)…hit one double and drove in six runs overall…recorded a .302 slugging percentage and a .387 on-base percentage...recorded four multiple-hit games and one multiple-RBI game...had a six-game hitting streak during the conference season from Apr. 26-May 9 during which time she raised her batting average from .258 to .318.

Prep: A 2013 graduate of Indio High School in Indio, Calif.…earned four varsity letters in softball…helped lead the Rajahs to the 2013 league championship…voted league Most Valuable Player in both 2012 and 2013…named ESPN Athlete of the Week during the 2012 season…earned all-league honors all four years…as a freshman, was voted the team’s best offensive player in 2010…holds the school’s record for most home runs in a season with 21.
