Biography

2015-16 (Junior):
  • Competed in three tournaments during the fall season before turning professional prior to the spring season
  • Captured medalist honors in her UH debut at the Hobble Creek Fall Classic, where she shot 1-under 141 (70-71)
  • Earned Big West Golfer of the Month honors for September after becoming just the fifth UH golfer to win medalist honors
  • Averaged 73.1 strokes per round
  • Tied for sixth at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational with a 3-over 219 total which included a second round 4-under 68
  • Also competed in the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational (225, t12th)

Prior To UH:
  • Attended the University of Washington for two seasons
  • 2015 WGCA All-America Honorable Mention
  • 2015 all-Pac-12 Honorable Mention
  • Averaged 73.19 strokes per round during sophomore season
  • Had five Top 10 finishes including a tie for 2nd at the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational
  • Also tied 3rd at the Bay Area Invitational; tied for 5th at the Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational; and tied for 8th at the Pac-12 Preview and Bruin Wave Invitational
  • Posted 10 rounds under par including career-low 67, twice, at the Bay Area Invite and NCAA Regionals
  • Ranked 38th nationally by Golfstat and 31st by Golfweek
  • Played in five tournaments and posted a 75.27 scoring average during her freshman season
  • Tied for seventh at the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational, which included a second round 67
  • Advanced to the Round of 16 at the 2014 USGA Women’s Amateur Championships

  • Lettered four years in golf
  • Placed 3rd at the Callaway Junior World Championships in both 2011 and ’12
  • Competed at the 2012 U.S. Girls’ Junior Championships, where she barely missed match play
  • Helped Hawai'i capture the Girls Junior America's Cup in 2012 and ended up third individually
  • Finished third in stroke play at the 2011 U.S. Girls Juniors but lost in the Round of 32 of match play.
  • Tied for 15th at the 2011 Junior PGA Championship.
  • 2011 Hawai‘i High School Athletic Association state champion
  • Third at the 2012 Hawai'i state championship and helped Moanalua to a sixth-place team finish.
  • Three-time Oahu Interscholastic Association golf champion and led Moanalua to four straight OIA team championships
  • Awarded Moanalua’s Most Outstanding Player (2010-13) and Moanalua’s Most Inspirational Athlete (2013)
  • Selected to the Moanalua High School Hall of Fame in 2013
