2015-16 (Freshman): Appeared in 12 games with 68 total minutes played…averaged 1.8 points and 1.1 rebounds for the season…tallied a season-high six points twice at Cal State Fullerton (Feb. 25) and at UC Davis (Feb.18) in back-to-back games…finished the season with 21 points and seven rebounds.

2014-15 (Freshman): Appeared in 30 games with two starts… played a total of 295 minutes averaging a total of 9.8 minutes per game… led UH with a season-high 16 points against BYU-Hawai‘i (Dec. 13)…twice led UH with a game-high in points…recorded team-highs once in assists and in steals…scored in double figures three times…pulled down a career-high seven rebounds three times against UC Davis (Feb. 21), UC Irvine (Feb. 19) and at Cal Poly (Jan. 8)…played a season-high 22 minutes at CSU Bakersfiled (Dec. 23)…finished the season averaging 3.7 points and 2.7 rebounds per game…recorded seven assists and eight steals on the year…named a 2015 UH Scholar-Athlete.

Prep: A 2014 graduate of Florin High School in Sacramento, Calif.…was a three sport athlete for Panthers, earning four varsity letters in basketball, four in volleyball, and two in track & field…in basketball, named Sacramento Bee Player of the Year and was the Most Valuable Player for the team as a junior and a senior…averaged 16.6 points, 2.8 steals, and 14.6 rebounds per game her senior season…set new school career records for points (1,480) and rebounds (1,393)…in volleyball earned Most Valuable Player honors and was the Florin Player of the Year as a senior...in track, was the 2011 MVP and was selected Athlete of the Year (2014) for All City Preps…academically, was Top 20 in school…earned the African-American Scholar Award…four-year member of the honor roll.
 
Personal: Born in Vallejo, California…majoring in kinesiology…loves to volunteer and participate in community service projects and has volunteered her time in local soup kitchen, as a peer tutor and served as a foster youth speaker...enjoys collecting earrings...has two younger sisters and a younger brother…mother is Florence Parks of Sacramento, California and father is DeAndrae Sampton of Napa, California.
