2013 Sand Volleyball

2014 (Junior): Saw action in 21 matches with 8 starts at outside hitter…had a total of 52 kills over the course of the season with 46 digs and 21 blocks…had a career-high nine kills against San Diego State (8/31) and a career-high hitting percentage of .333 vs UC Davis (11/29)…recorded a career-high six blocks against St. John’s (9/6) and a career-high 13 digs vs Santa Barbara (10/26)….opened the season with an eight-kill, four-dig performance against Ohio (8/29)…had six kills and eight digs in UH’s NCAA opening round win over Duke, coming off the bench.

2013 (Sophomore): Saw action in 19 matches at outside hitter...posted a total of 12 kills for a hitting percentage of .235 while adding 20 digs, three blocks, and two aces...had a career-high three kills against UTEP (8/31)...posted two kills on two attempts vs. New Mexico State (9/5)...recorded a career-high four digs vs. Northwestern (9/13)...had three digs against San Diego (9/1).

2012 (Freshman): Saw action in 26 matches primarily in the back row and as a serve specialist...recorded 13 service aces with 22 digs (0.31 d/s)...had career-highs of three digs at UC Riverside (Sept. 21), and against Santa Clara (Nov. 11) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

2011: Redshirted.

Prep: A 2011 graduate of Kamehameha School-Maui in Makawao, Maui...was a member of four straight Maui Interscholastic League championship teams...named 2009 and ‘10 MIL Division I Player of the Year...led her team to the No. 2 seed at the 2010 HHSAA State Championships with a 14-0 record and totaled 35 kills during the state tourney...also named to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser all-state Fab 15...eclipsed 1,000 career kills (holds school record)

Club: Played for Hawaiian Style Volleyball Club...won the silver-division championship at the 2011 Southern California Volleyball Association’s Las Vegas Classic...named to the Prepvolleyball.com’s Senior Aces Top 150 list and to the Under Armour Girls High School All-America second team. 

Personal: Born in Honolulu, O‘ahu...major is interdisciplinary studies... parents are Tab and Evelyn Long of Kihei, Maui.
