2015 (Senior): Appeared in 10 games at tight end and on special teams, making two starts at tight end on the season…made three catches for 31 yards, highlighted by an 18-yard grab at then-No. 1 Ohio State (Sept. 12)…scored his lone touchdown of the season on a five-yard catch in the season-ending victory over Louisiana Monroe (Nov. 28) to push UH to a three-score advantage…named to the Academic All-Mountain West Team for the fourth consecutive season…one of the recipients of the Mountain West Scholar-Athlete Award...also received honors as Top 5 All-Hawai'i Rainbow Warrior Academic during the annual H-Awards.

2014 (Junior): Appeared in all 13 games, making six starts at tight end…finished the season with 10 catches for 74 yards (7.4 avg.)…tied for the team-lead with three receiving touchdowns…scored one touchdown each against Northern Iowa (Sept. 13), UNLV (Nov. 22), and Fresno State (Nov. 29)…career-high four catches for 34 yards against Utah State (Nov. 1)...named to the Academic All-MW Team.

2013 (Sophomore): Appeared in 11 games, making four starts at tight end…finished the year with seven receptions for 71 yards and two touchdowns…caught touchdown passes against San Diego State (Nov. 16) and Army (Nov. 30)…season-high two catches against Colorado State (Oct. 26)…named to the Academic All-MW Team.
 
2012 (Freshman): Appeared in 11 games and made one start at tight end…had one reception for 16 yards against New Mexico (Oct. 13)…named to Academic All-MW Team.

Prior To UH: Served a two-year church mission from 2009-11 in Spokane, Wash.

Prep: A 2008 graduate of Hunter High School in West Valley City, Utah…school’s all-time receptions leader…became the first player in Hunter history to start every game for three years in a row…a two-year 5A all-state second team and all-region selection…named team’s offensive MVP and the region’s Tight End of the Year as a senior....also awarded as Hunter’s 2007-08 Athlete of the Year...multi-sport athlete who played three seasons of basketball...named the team’s MVP and was all-region honorable mention as a senior...also played rugby for the Highland Rugby Club, considered the premier high school rugby program in the nation...member of Highland’s national championship teams in 2008 and ’09.

Personal: Born in Hamilton, New Zealand...earned his degree in Business Administration in Fall 2015...is married to the former Sheriann Decker...has six brothers and four sisters...older brothers Fisi (Utah), Stanley (BYU and Utah) and Pate Moleni (Utah and Weber State) all played college football...parents are Fisi and Rangi Moleni of West Valley City, Utah.
