2012 (Freshman): Competed in the triple jump, posting a season-best 31-10.75 (9.72m) at the Terry Albritton Memorial…also competed in the long jump and posted a seasonal-best 14-1.25 (4.30m)…named UH scholar-athlete.

Prior To UH: Attended University of Oregon for one year…participated in club volleyball.

Prep: A 2010 graduate of Gresham High School in Oregon…lettered four years in track and field…also lettered two years in volleyball…named second-team all-league in the high jump and triple jump…also named second-team all-league in volleyball…volleyball team finished sixth at states in 2009 and 2010…member of the Mt. Hood Conference championship girls track and field team in 2010…a member of the honor roll in 2009 and 2010.

Personal: Born in Portland, Ore…intends to major in environmental geography…has one sister…parents are Yumi and Lanie Nojima of Gresham, Ore.
