HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i men's basketball team has bolstered its 2026-27 roster with an extensive recruiting class featuring dynamic transfers and high school standouts. A total of 10 players will make their way to Manoa this summer to begin workouts in preparation for UH's inaugural season in the Mountain West.
Marcus Adams Jr. | F | 6-8 | Jr. | Torrance, Calif. | Arizona State
Has played three collegiate seasons, most recently at Arizona State...appeared in 14 games for the Sun Devils in 2025-26...had a breakout season with CSUN in 2024-25, leading the Matadors at 16.5 ppg...selected to the all-Big West second team and finished sixth in the conference in field goal percentage (.526)...former four-star recruit who originally committed to Kansas before spending his freshman season at BYU... named the 2023 John R. Wooden High School Player of the Year for the L.A. City Section Open Division while playing for Narbonne High School

Committed to UH in 2024 before serving a two-year church mission in Argentina... four-year varsity player at Mater Dei High School... high school teammates with fellow UH signee Zack Davidson...averaged 9.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.0 assists as a senior... helped lead Mater Dei to a 29-6 record as a senior, finishing as one of the top 50 high school teams in the country

Recently completed a two-year church mission in Brazil... younger brother of current UH guard Tanner Cuff... originally committed to Weber State out of high school... averaged 15.0 points, 5.2 assists, and 4.1 rebounds as a senior at American Fork HS... selected to the 2023-24 All-State 6A First Team... member of the American Fork squad that won the Utah 6A state title in 2022.

Houran Dan | C | 6-10 | Jr. | Neimenggu, China | Seattle
Played two seasons at Seattle... appeared in 67 total games for the Redhawks…appeared in all 35 games with 10 starts as a sophomore in 2025-26, averaging 5.7 points and 2.5 rebounds on 58.8 percent shooting...key member of a Seattle squad that won 21 games and advanced to the second round of the NIT...represented China at the 2023 FIBA U19 World Cup.

Zack Davidson | F | 6-9 | 225 | Jr. | Mission Viejo, Calif. | Northern Arizona
Started 13 games as a sophomore at Northern Arizona before a season-ending injury... averaged 14.0 points and 4.8 rebounds per game while shooting 61.7 percent from the field... led the Big Sky conference and ranked 25th nationally in field goal percentage at the time of his injury...began his collegiate career at Montana, appearing in 16 games for a Grizzly squad that won 25 games and advanced to the 2025 NCAA Tournament...as a prepster, named the CIF Player of the Year in 2023 and helped lead Mater Dei High School to a state title…high school teammate of fellow Rainbow Warrior newcomer Scotty Belnap.

Has played in nearly 100 career collegiate games over three seasons…started all 34 games for UC San Diego in 2025-26...finished third on the team with 10.7 points and 5.2 rebounds...named all-Big West honorable mention...began his collegiate career at Portland, playing 62 games across two seasons...member of the Australian National Team at the 2023 FIBA World Cup Qualifiers... attended the NBA Global Academy in Australia.
Ganot on Dengdit: "Bol is a versatile big man who we are very familiar with from his time at UC San Diego. He adds tremendous size and length to our frontcourt at 6-11. He can score inside, rebound at a high level, and facilitate for his teammates. Bringing in a veteran with his production and international pedigree is huge for us as we transition into the Mountain West."
Kellen Hampton | F | 6-7 | R-Fr. | Hayward, Calif. | Pacific
Spent one season at Pacific as a true freshman before redshirting...recruited to Pacific by current UH assistant coach Clay Wilson... named the 2025 Mission Valley Athletic League MVP for Moreau Catholic High School after averaging 19.8 points as a senior and shooting 41 percent from the three-point line...selected to the 2024-25 All-Bay Area News Group first team...scored 43 points in round one of the CIF NorCal Division I Playoffs to upset No. 6 Dougherty Valley.

Played two years at Davidson College...appeared in 54 games for the Wildcats, including 31 games and six starts as a sophomore in 2025-26...shot 53.5 percent from the field and was a menace defensively with his length and wing-span...attended the NBA Global Academy in Australia...competed for the Great Britain U20 squad at the 2024 FIBA U20 EuroBasket Tournament, finishing second on the team with 15.5 points per game.

Played three years at Division II Point Loma...started all 32 games as a junior in 2025-26, finishing second on the team with 11.9 ppg while adding 4.1 rpg and a team-leading 4.3 apg...shot 49.2 percent from the field and scored a career-high 27 points against Hawaii Pacific...earned first-team all-conference honors…helped lead the Sea Lions to the PacWest regular season and tournament titles, as well as to the NCAA West Regional title game…as a prepster won two CIF Open Division titles at St. Augustine High School in San Diego.

Chance Trujillo | G | 6-4 | Jr. | Kaysville, Utah | Utah Tech
Spent the 2025-26 season at Utah Tech, finishing second on the team in scoring (12.3 ppg) and assists (2.7 apg)... tied a single-season program record with 73 three-pointers made...spent the 2024-25 season at Snow College alongside former Rainbow Warrior Isaac Finlinson, helping lead the Badgers to a 32-2 record and an NJCAA National Tournament berth…as a Utah prepster, named the 6A state tournament Most Valuable Player while leading Davis High School to a state championship as a senior.
